Trip to the Catlins

After finishing my contract in Dunedin a few days ago I set off on a four day trip around Southland, through the Catlins and up to Te Anau to see the Milford Sound. Unfortunately the Milford road was shut for the two days I was in Te Anau so my cruise had to be cancelled (chalk that one up on the list of things to do on our return, Mickey!). Instead I spent a lovely few days wandering the Catlins, parts of the Kepler track, and meeting a wonderful couple in Invercargill. You can see and hear more about my journey here or you can browse through my pictures of my first day of travelling the Catlins below. Enjoy! 🙂
